2. What this website does

This website presents excursions and attraction tickets available through our Tenerife shop. The website does not take payments. Any booking, price, availability or cancellation terms are confirmed with you directly before you pay. Experiences are provided by independent operators, whose own terms apply.

3. Personal data

The booking planner on this website runs in your browser. Nothing you type into it is stored on our servers. If you choose to send us an enquiry by email, we receive the details you include (such as your name, email, phone, preferred date and group size) and use them only to answer your enquiry and arrange your booking. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed for your booking and our legal accounting obligations. We share booking details with the operator of the experience you choose only when needed to make your reservation.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, or request a copy, by contacting . You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

4. Help assistant and live chat

The Help assistant on this website answers common questions inside your browser; what you type is not sent or stored. If you choose “Talk to a person”, we may connect you to a live-chat service provider. That chat window only loads when you start it, and the provider processes your messages (and may set its own cookies) so our team can reply. The provider is named in the chat window.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third-party services. Your hosting provider may record basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.
